This article is going to have some SUPER effective methods that you can do right away to control your sweating problem, and I know they work because I too used to have really bad sweaty armpits, like, ultra severe sweat problems!

I remember many embarrassing experiences I had before I knew how to stop armpit sweating. I used to wear not one, but TWO undershirts followed by another shirt because I thought that the sweat wouldn’t be able to seep through, but it did! Luckily I managed to get rid of these terrible sweat patches and now I want to tell you how to get rid of them too.

You see, sweating is a normal bodily function, and everyone sweats at some point. However, people with hyperhidrosis, the medical term for excessive sweating, sweat constantly, and it can be a REAL source of embarrassment. Although no one really knows what causes it, there are plenty of treatments, both medical and natural, to get rid of this problem.

Now if you think that your sweat problem is slightly mild, then you may be able to get away with a few sprays of regular strength antiperspirant. Antiperspirant combats sweating problems rather well, however if you experience very little effect then you should try apply a stronger antiperspirant.

The downside to antiperspirants is that they don’t really cure the problem and only mask it, however if you really want to learn how to stop armpit sweating then you need to listen up.

If you’re willing to splash the cash, then you could opt for surgical treatment, such as iontophoresis. This treatment has been around for years and years and is one of the oldest treatments for excessive sweating, however no one really knows why it works! If you’re on a tighter budget though, you may want to find natural cures and remedies, and that’s exactly what I did!

Apple Vinegar – at night, apply apple vinegar or any other malt vinegar to your armpits. If you have armpit hair, trim it to a very short length. Let the apple vinegar air dry. It will saturate your armpit’s sweat pores, neutralizing odor causing bacteria and creating a drying effect.

Baking Soda – Apply baking soda to your armpits in conjunction with water. The baking soda is alkaline and your sweat is acid, so when your sweat mixes with the baking soda the sweat will evaporate straight away. Rinse off with water after about half an hour.
